- In the event of shipment cancellation for any reason – Airsupply Shipping Agents Ltd reserve the right to charge for any work completed up to point of cancellation. This will include but not be limited to - Airline Bookings, Phone Calls, Emails, Faxes, Hours spent preparing the shipment, Pre-manufacture of Transit Kennels, Obtaining Licenses/ Permits, Visits to the Vets, transportation etc. It is the owners responsibility to ensure that the pet(s) is/are healthy and fit to travel prior to making a booking with Airsupply Shipping Agents Ltd. Should the booking be cancelled because of the pet(s) being deemed as unfit to travel all monies will be lost.
- The above quote is based in part, on information supplied by the customer. Airsupply Shipping Agents Ltd and/or their agents cannot be held responsible for any miscalculation based on incorrect information supplied by the customer.
- Airsupply Shipping Agents Ltd / their agents accept no responsibility for inconvenience or extra costs incurred by the rescheduling / cancellation / delay of flights / airline surcharges and any other situation of which is outside of their control.
- The quotation is valid for 28 days from the above date.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to process the booking - with the balance payable a minimum of 30 days prior to departure.
- If payment is received in full then £250 + costs (+ VAT if applicable) is deemed to be the deposit.
- If any last minute changes are to be made to the booking and additional payments are applicable, these are to be paid immediately by BANK TRANSFER ONLY.
- If the shipment is cancelled within 30 days prior to departure, no refund is applicable. - Instructions are accepted subject to the company's standard conditions of service, copies of which are available upon request.
- All quotations are based on charges to arrival destination airport only. All Import requirements are the owners' responsibility unless the quotation is raised on an Airport to Door service.
- All Kennels must be compliant with the current airline regulations.
- On arrival at your destination where a Customs Clearance is required - this will take place which could take a number of hours to process. You must contact the airline at destination for clarification of this in all circumstances. There will be local charges to pay which must be paid on arrival direct to the relevant department. These charges are not included in our quotation.

- Prize draw done monthly for anyone to get up to £250 off their shipping cost for their pet, or 10% off the cost, whichever is less.
Governing law
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
Jurisdiction
Each party hereby irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
